To our Pro Elite Family,

I hope you are well.

This weeks message is a little different, I write these messages to try to connect with you guys and to help you understand the reasoning behind why we do things the way we do.

We are currently on 26 locations, across loads of different postcodes and across different boroughs. Crazy right?

But when I started Pro Elite, I made a promise to myself.

Regardless of how big we grow, I will commit to coaching to a certain number of sessions per week.

Actually leading it and coaching it myself.

These sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday at Trent Park are the highlights of my week. But the reason I love it is simple.

I started Pro Elite because I love coaching, I love the impact we can make and I love the relationships that get built over a period of time. Now it is “bigger than a hobby”, I didn’t want to lose that love. That’s why i still coach.

I do it because I love it.

That’s not to say that I don’t love what I do for the rest of the week, because I do. But it is a different love. On the weekends, I go and observe our coaches, alongside Coach H and I help our coaches get better. I want to help them achieve their potential as coaches and (as a by-product), make your superstar children better.
